Follow, pause and retry
The states of an extraction and the actions available at each step.

The states
- Waiting for a server: collection starts as soon as a server is free.
- Running: searches are being processed and progress updates.
- Paused: nothing is collected until you resume.
- Completed: every search succeeded.
- Completed with gaps: some areas failed or were only partly covered. The "Errors" and "Partial" filters of the detail list them.
- Failed or Cancelled: collection stopped. Leads already collected are kept.
The actions
- "Pause" then "Resume": collection picks up where it stopped.
- "Cancel": stops the extraction for good, without deleting collected leads.
- "Retry failed zones": puts these areas back in the queue. Records already imported are not counted a second time.
- "Delete": removes the extraction and its tracking, your leads stay in Leads. Pause the extraction first if it is running.
