Setting up an extraction
Every field of the form, the collection filters and the limits to know before you start.

The essential fields
- Extraction name: to find it in the list and in your exports.
- Keyword: the trade or type of place, one activity per extraction for clean results.
- Country and coverage: the whole country or selected areas (regions, departments, states or provinces depending on the country).
- Project and list: where imported records go. You can always move them later.
Narrow the collection
The "Narrow the collection" panel offers a minimum rating, a minimum number of reviews, "With a website only", "With a phone number only" and target categories. A place ruled out here is neither stored nor enriched, so it uses no credit.
Advanced filters depend on your plan: the pricing table shows which plans include them.
Limits to know
An extraction has a maximum number of searches. If your selection exceeds it, the form tells you: choose fewer areas or spread them over several extractions.
Your plan also sets how many extractions can run at once across the account. Beyond that, wait for one to finish or pause one.
