Records and enrichment credits
The two counters on your account, what uses them and how to top them up.

Two separate counters
- Records: one record is counted when a new place is imported into your workspace. Places ruled out by your filters are not stored.
- Enrichment credits: one credit is used when enrichment analyses a record. A record skipped for lack of a source, or because its website belongs to a third party, costs nothing.
Allowances
The free plan includes 500 records and 100 credits for the life of the account. Subscriptions include 25,000 to 1,000,000 records and 10,000 to 500,000 credits per month depending on the plan.
Top up
The "Buy credits" button on the Enrichment page offers enrichment credit packs. For a one-off need for records without a subscription, the pricing page presents the Flex packs.
