Lists
A list is a collection of leads: a segment, a campaign, an area. Create it from Lists, or straight from a selection in Leads. An extraction can also send its records to a list when you create it.
Projects
A project groups lists around a client, a sector or a goal. It has a status (Active, Draft, Archived), a colour and a description, and shows all the leads of its lists.
You can invite members to a project with the Owner, Editor or Viewer role.
Limits and deletion
The number of lists and projects depends on your plan. Deleting a project cannot be undone: its lists and their data are deleted with it. Archive it if you only want to set it aside.
