Filters, exclusions and saved views
Find exactly the records you need across your whole database, and reuse your segments.

Filter
The Leads page filters by project, list, enrichment status and category. Advanced filters cover rating and review count, creation date, and whether a website, phone, email, named contact, social links or legal identifiers are present or missing.
These filters apply to your whole database, not only to the leads on screen.
Exclude
Exclusions remove what has already been handled: records already in a list or a project, unsubscribed contacts, text to exclude, excluded categories or statuses.
Save and act
Save a combination of filters in saved views. From a selection, add records to a list, enrich them or export them. Long actions are tracked in "Background actions".
