Reading enrichment results

A record's statuses

• To enrich: the record has not been processed yet.
• Pending then Processing: processing is scheduled or active.
• Enriched: contact details were found.
• Partial: the analysis finished and only some data was found.
• No data: the website was analysed, with no public contact details.
• Skipped or Failed: the record could not be processed, and the reason is shown.

The most common reasons

• Missing source: no website or social link attached.
• Third-party site: the website shown is a platform or a domain shared by several records. No credit is charged.
• Timed out or Site unreachable: the website did not respond or no longer exists.

The Enrichment page

It shows your available credits, the number of enriched leads, the emails found and the success rate, along with recent activity.
